2018 was a year of the highest highs and the biggest lessons. • SAS Boys 16s won🥇at the BJNC, Coach Kevin was recognized in his second National Coaching award; this time as Best Boys Club Coach by @avcavolleyball, 💯% of our seniors were #recruited to play #collegiate volleyball, SAS Girls teams improved exponentially and are being noticed by collegiate coaches across the country & SAS Beach Club teams won🥉🥈Nationally. • SAS athletes are working hard, staying focused, loyal & doing great in school. We are so proud of them! 😊 • We’re not perfect, but we work hard. Everything we do we do for Hawaii’s keiki and community. It’s about THEIR success and futures; they are our future leaders. We love them and have dedicated our lives to give back & create opportunities. Working with keiki makes our ❤️ happy. We are so grateful. • Having exceptional coaches model & teach not only volleyball, but also character traits like loyalty, honesty, humility, empathy, integrity, being a good teammate, respect, kindness, hard work ethic, taking no short cuts & making good life decisions really matter.
