SPIKE AND SERVE GYM
Hawai's premier volleyball training facility conveniently located in Kapalama Kai. A 20,000 square foot facility with three full sized NCAA courts, workout and recovery rooms. Consistent gym time for practices.
POSITION SPECIFIC TRAINING
SASVBC offers in house position specific training for club athletes with Hawaii's top coaches.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
SASVBC offers age appropriate strength and conditioning training for our club athletes in our facility.
HAWAI'I MOVE LAB
SASVBC athletes have use of a state of the art recovery room with sauna, red light therapy and flotation tanks in the Hawai'i Move Lab with doctorate-trained physical therapists.
